Dr. Priya Parikh is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with patients diagnosed with chronic and terminal illnesses including cancer, HIV/AIDS, and chronic pain. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior. Dr. Parikh went on to receive her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Health from Alliant International University in Los Angeles.
Integrating education, compassion, and mindfulness, Dr. Parikh works with her patients to enhance treatment adherence, improve quality of life, and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual sequelae of their illness. Dr. Parikh has extensive research and clinical experience with patients facing life threatening illnesses and provides a safe and nurturing environment for her patients as they work toward holistic wellness and an improved quality of life.
