Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Tricia Levert is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 14 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Tricia takes a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy. She believes meaningful progress begins with creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Her goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and develop the confidence and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, Tricia incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Exposure Therapy based on each client’s individual needs. She works alongside clients to identify patterns, build on their existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. Tricia understands that therapy is a process built on trust, connection, and collaboration. She strives to meet each client where they are while helping them move toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
In her free time, Tricia enjoys camping, traveling, spending time at the beach, and watching movies. She values time with family and friends and enjoys opportunities to relax, recharge, and spend time outdoors.
