With more than 8 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Carlee Casey offers adults and adolescents a caring and supportive environment to explore life’s challenging obstacles. Carlee recognizes the strength and courage it can take to seek therapy, and believes in the strength of the human spirit to overcome the circumstances that cause us pain. With compassion and understanding that difficult times can feel lonely and isolating, Carlee joins in the healing process, working collaboratively with her clients. She uses a holistic, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to therapy. Her favorite quote summarizes her belief in the power of hope: “Hope is a powerful thing. Education & Experience

Carlee received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She has extensive mental health and substance abuse experience working with both adults and adolescents in a variety of professional settings as both a therapist and case manager. Carlee also has a deep passion for working with women’s issues and has joined the practice’s fellowship in women’s health. In addition to traditional forms of therapy, Carlee offers EMDR therapy for individuals suffering from various forms of trauma.
