Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Hannah Le-Schroeder is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate and culturally sensitive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in diverse clinical settings.  Viewing therapy as a collaborative process, Hannah guides and supports her clients to successfully navigate challenging life transitions, regulate conflictual relationships, and develop healthy boundaries within the family system. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients to make meaningful changes that improve personal well-being and increase a sense of life purpose.

Using a Bowen Family Systems framework, when appropriate, Hannah helps clients explore their family history and values system to identify personal struggles that may be influenced by their family system across generations.

Education & Experience

Hannah earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Fullerton following undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and Dance from University of CA, Irvine. Prior to joining Orange County Health Psychologists, Hannah maintained a successful private practice for over a decade. In addition to private practice, Hannah has extensive experience working with youth in foster care, substance abuse and family reunification programs, outpatient services for persistent mentally ill adults, and community-based medical settings. She has also served as a consultant and supervisor to community based mental health programs, specifically within the Pacific Asian community and she provided clinical supervision to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Associate Social Workers (ASWs) to train and support the next generation of behavioral health professionals.  Hannah is bi-lingual and offers therapy services in both English and Vietnamese.
