Lily Munavu, PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lily Munavu enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, helping each to develop the specific and unique tools necessary to cultivate a more satisfying and fulfilling life. Her approach is to first actively listen, gaining a thorough understanding of the history of the situation and symptoms, the presenting challenges, and any other influences such as family history, cultural or racial factors, chronic illness, and economic stressors.  She then works together with her clients to identify specific treatment goals and ways to reach them.

As an integrative therapist, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Interpersonal Therapy, offering a safe and supportive environment to integrate mental and physical health care for optimal total wellness. Dr. Munavu works with a broad spectrum of clients ranging in age from 16 and above, offering individual, couples and family therapy.

Dr. Munavu earned her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University.
