Text Message Terms — Orange County Health Psychologists

Program. Orange County Health Psychologists, Inc. (15635 Alton Parkway, Suite 350, Irvine, CA 92618) sends text messages from (888) 667-9812 to people who have contacted the practice.

What you receive. Texts about your inquiry and appointments: a note while you wait for our call, a check-in if you planned to call us back, a notice that an opening you asked for is available, and reminders to complete your new-patient forms. Texts never include health information and are never marketing.

How you agree. On your call with our front desk, we ask whether we may text you at that number. We text you only if you say yes. Agreeing is not a condition of receiving care.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 949.528.6300. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
