Rachel Gray is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals explore the underlying emotional and relational patterns that shape their lives. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel understood and supported. Rachel prioritizes building trust and connection in the therapy process, and believes that a strong therapeutic relationship leads to open communication and meaningful change. With warmth and insight, she supports clients in deepening their self-awareness, developing new ways of relating to themselves and others, and identifying helpful skills and techniques to manage symptoms. Rachel specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Her approach is thoughtful and grounded, offering a space where clients can explore both present-day challenges and the deeper roots of their distress to foster long-lasting growth and healing.

Education & Experience

Rachel received her masters degree in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. Her clinical expertise includes work within school-based mental health programs, residential treatment facilities, and traditional outpatient settings. She has provided culturally sensitive therapy to a broad range of clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and identity development. Rachel offers therapy services to adolescents (14+), adults, and older adults.
