Sheena Gill, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Sheena Gill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is deeply dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful and purposeful lives while feeling supported and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. She believes every person holds an inherent capacity for growth and resilience, and she sees her role as walking alongside clients as they tap into their own strength. Compassion, empathy, and humor are central to her therapeutic style. Sheena strives to create a calm, welcoming, and emotionally safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected for the courage it takes to begin therapy.

Sheena has extensive training and experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. She understands that past wounds, even those long forgotten, can shape present-day emotional patterns and behaviors, and she is passionate about supporting clients in healing those deeper layers to promote long-term change and self-understanding. In addition, Sheena has specialized experience helping individuals cultivate deeper compassion for themselves and others, enabling them to live more fulfilled and happier lives. Her therapeutic approach is relational, attuned, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing is fostered through connection, compassion, and emotional safety.

Sheena tailors her treatment to each individual she works with, recognizing that there is no single therapeutic path that fits everyone. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide individualized interventions aligned with each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Education & Experience

Sheena earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings—including colleges, community mental health agencies, non-profit organizations, and private practices—supporting individuals in all chapters of life.
